Prive Luxury Homes expert team will prepare all the necessary documents for the transfer of ownership into your name. After the conclusion of the purchase and “Prive sale agreement”, we will request a tax number, necessary for the title deed transfer and for opening a bank account in Turkey.

Our team will submit an application to the Land Registry and accompany you on the appointed date of title transfer. Оnce you have received your title deed, water and electricity subscriptions will also be transferred into your name.

In case you cannot come to Turkey for the title deed registration, you can assign Power of Attorney - this will allow us to complete all formalities in your absence.

We can also assist with all legal and administrative issues in respect of your application for Turkish residency. In addition, we can assist will of issues relating to Turkish citizenship (if applicable).
